Our Team

Shelli brings over 20 years of dedicated experience to the Central Massachusetts healthcare industry; Shelli is a seasoned Practice Manager with deep expertise in Medical Billing and Coding. Since beginning her career in 2003, she has excelled in administrative leadership and operational efficiency. Shelli proudly joined Vision Source as the Practice Manager in July 2023. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her beloved chihuahuas, whom she endearingly calls her “Chickens.”

Krystal joined our team as one of our Optometric Technicians. She was born in Ware and raised in Spencer. She started working for Vision Source in March of 2021. She worked for Price Chopper for twenty years in customer service, which she brings with her to Vision Source. She has recently started as our Patient Care Coordinator. Krystal always wanted to pursue a career in the medical field because of her passion to help others. Outside of work, Krystal loves photography and capturing memories of others and their families. Krystal also enjoys being outdoors and going on adventures with her pup AceOliver.

Angela was born and raised in Spencer, the daughter of lifelong optometrist Dr. Roland Gaudette, where she worked as a receptionist and technician for a number of years. Having left the practice to raise her children she eventually worked for a local bank for 29 years in numerous positions from teller to branch manager. With those experiences she has always enjoyed providing excellent customer service and enjoys helping patients find just the right fit in their eyewear. Angela has been married to her husband Allan for 40 years. She currently resides in Worcester.

Dadra joined our team in October 2020 after being a patient for over 30 years. She started as the Front Desk Coordinator and, after 4 years, became our Patient Care Specialist/In-House Biller. She was born and raised in Spencer. Before coming to Vision Source, Dadra did home care as a PCA. She loves helping our patients get the best care and is very knowledgeable about our products. Outside of work, she is very involved in the Community, loves all sporting events, and she just became a grandmother.
